Educational and Economic Aspects of Mentoring

چکیده
The OECD's skills strategy and policy highlights ahead of formal qualifications draws attention to the importance work-based learning (apprenticeships). In economy, given utilisation skill set individuals at workplace level, conscious management knowledge organisation now appears be an efficiency-increasing factor. One way do this is involve mentor economically inactive groups (students / new entrants, low-skilled social pensioners) in labour market. Mentoring should treated as a discrete area, but one that still part organisation's strategically defined human resource system, which goals, roles, processes, responsibilities benefits, well possibilities for development, are clarified. This study analyses educational economic context mentoring, nature mentoring possibility its application; conclusions provide appropriate framework developing programme.
